Our pricing model is transparent and consists of a base fee plus a per-kilometer charge that varies by vehicle type. The base fee covers the initial service, vehicle preparation, and the first few kilometers. Additional charges may apply for extra helpers, premium insurance, or special equipment.
No, we believe in complete transparency. The price you see in your quote includes all standard fees. The only additional charges would be for optional services you specifically request, such as extra helpers ($25 each), premium insurance coverage, or special equipment rental.
Yes, during periods of high demand or challenging weather conditions, a small surcharge may apply. This dynamic pricing helps ensure that we have enough drivers available when demand is high. Any applicable surcharges will be clearly displayed before you confirm your booking.
Cancellations made more than 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time are free. For cancellations within 2 hours of your scheduled time, a fee of 50% of the base price may apply. No-shows will be charged the full base fee.
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and mobile payment solutions. Payment is processed securely through our app or website when you confirm your booking. For business accounts, we also offer invoicing options with net-30 terms.
Yes! We have a loyalty program that rewards regular customers with discounts and special offers. Business customers who book multiple rides per month can also qualify for volume discounts. Contact our sales team for more information about our business packages.
Tipping is always appreciated but entirely optional. If you received exceptional service, you can add a tip through the app after your ride is completed. 100% of tips go directly to the drivers.
The first 15 minutes of waiting time are included in your base fee. After that, waiting time is charged at $0.50 per minute. To avoid waiting charges, we recommend having your items ready for loading when the driver arrives.
