How Pricing Is Calculated
Your ride price is based on:
- Base rate: A starting fee that varies by vehicle type
- Distance: Cost per kilometer traveled
- Time: Cost per minute of the trip
- Vehicle type: Different vehicles have different rates

Additional Charges
Additional fees may apply for:
- Loading/unloading assistance
- Waiting time (after 15 minutes free wait time)
- Toll roads and parking fees
- Peak hour surcharges (weekdays 7-9am and 4-7pm)
Dynamic Pricing
During periods of high demand, prices may increase temporarily. This helps ensure driver availability when you need it most. You'll always see the final price before confirming your ride.
