We understand plans change. Here's what you need to know about cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees depend on when you cancel:

  • Before driver acceptance: Free cancellation
  • After driver acceptance: Small cancellation fee may apply
  • Driver en route: Cancellation fee covers driver's time and effort
  • Scheduled rides: Free cancellation up to 60 minutes before pickup

Refund Process

If you're eligible for a refund:

  1. Go to your trip history in the app
  2. Select the trip in question
  3. Tap "Get Help" or "Report an Issue"
  4. Describe the reason for your refund request
  5. Our support team will review and respond within 24-48 hours

Disputing Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly:

  • Review your trip details in the app first
  • Contact support with specific details about the discrepancy
  • We'll investigate and adjust charges if warranted
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
