Can I cancel an accepted order?
Yes, but withdrawing from an accepted order is a commitment break. Use the cancel flow in the driver app, choose a reason, and review the reliability impact preview before confirming.
The customer’s order usually stays active while Rovor arranges a replacement driver. Late withdrawals reduce your Driver Reliability Score and may temporarily pause accepting new orders.
For true emergencies, cancel promptly and use Contact Rovor / Penalty Review afterward.
