Is money deducted when I cancel?

Rovor does not deduct money from drivers as a cancellation fee when you withdraw from an accepted order.
Instead, your Driver Reliability Score may decrease based on timing. In some customer-cancellation cases, you may receive cancellation compensation according to the financial policy — that is separate from driver-initiated withdrawals.
