How is the cancellation fee calculated?

Cancellation fees are calculated from Rovor’s current financial policy settings — not a fixed marketing percentage.

The fee is based on how many hours remain before your scheduled pickup, with percentage-based tiers and dollar caps. Extra rules apply if the driver has already arrived or service has started.

You see an estimated fee in the cancel dialog before you confirm. The schedule below always reflects the live configuration.
